Organised by the Gatley Carrs Conservation Group (GCCG), the evening starts at 7.30pm at the Horse & Farrier. A presentation by the South Lancashire Bat Group will take place at 8pm in the upstairs function room before you will head to the Carrs after sundown, using specialist bat detection equipment to hunt for our winged friends.
The cost is just £2 per adult and children go free, with all proceeds going to the South Lancashire Bat Group.
The GCCG remind you to wrap up warm and bring a torch with you. It should be a good evening for nature enthusiasts and bat lovers in particular.
